Every device you sign into gets a local encrypted copy of your documents. Search runs against that local copy and returns results in milliseconds even with no internet connection. More formats are being added. **Can I share documents with colleagues?** Yes. You can share specific libraries with up to 3 colleagues on the Personal plan (unlimited sharing on team plans).
